Finishing up a subframe rebuild and I'm locking down the rear control arm bushings, while the subframe is dropped, and I have better access. This procedure will set the up and down limits of the rear suspension.

I know it is recommended that this be done while the car's rear wheels are resting on the pavement, or on a drive-on ramp. However, on my lift the wheels hang down, and I'm attempting to approximate the loaded ride height by the angular deflection of the axles... whether they extend out flat or cant upwards slightly towards the outboard. I have Tein H springs with an estimated 1" drop from stock.

I am assuming they will be angled up slightly due to the drop (If they are normally parallel to the ground from the factory).

Anybody have experience on this?
